The corporate ladder and the yoga mat. I chose both.
Corporate by day. Hippie by heart.
Mama always.
I contain multitudes. And I've stopped apologizing for it.
By day, I’m closing deals in corporate America — fast-paced, quota-driven, high-achieving. By evening, I’m rolling out my yoga mat, diffusing bergamot, and breathing my nervous system back to baseline.
I’m Amy. Certified yoga instructor. Certified aromatherapist. Breath coach. Devoted student of the metaphysical. And a woman who has spent years learning how to hold all of these versions of herself at once.
The Corporate Hippie
The Corporate Hippie Blog wasn’t born from having it all figured out.
It was born from the tension.
Being a true Libra — I endlessly seek balance between ambition and stillness, productivity and presence, being in the boardroom and experiencing the barefoot life I quietly crave.
For a long time I thought I had to choose. The career or the conscious living. The hustle or the healing.
Then I became a mother — and everything changed.
Motherhood has a way of making the unnecessary fall away.
Suddenly the question wasn’t how do I do it all — it was what actually matters?
The answer, for me, was intention. Creating an organic, slower, more deliberate life for my family. Not because I quit my job or moved off the grid — but because I started making different choices within the life I already had.
Cleaner products. More breathwork. Less doomscrolling, more yin yoga. Food that nourishes rather than just fuels. A home that feels like a sanctuary.
Small shifts. Profound difference.
This is what The Corporate Hippie Blog is about.
It’s for the woman who is ambitious and sensitive. Who has a calendar full of meetings and a heart full of something slower. Who wants to live more intentionally but doesn’t have the luxury of opting out of real life.
You don’t have to choose between your career and your calling. Between being a high achiever and a conscious mother. Between the world you operate in and the life you’re longing for.
You just need a space that holds both.
Welcome. The herbal tea is warm.
